This season the regular season schedules are posted here on this site. This page has instructions on use of the schedules, and is followed by an index to each of the available schedules.
Instructions
We have generated schedule files in a standard calendar format this
year. Per-Division and Per-Field schedules have been uploaded into
Google calendars that San Carlos AYSO will maintain. Team-specific
files are being made available for you to download.
To get your team's calendar:
- Visit the division's page and right-click on the link and save the file on your computer.
- Use the import function on your calendar program and point it at the downloaded file.
- Google Calendar
- Import is under the "Other Calendars" item in the left-hand panel, click the arrow
to see the list of tasks and select
"Import Calendar"
- Re-importing an updated file works well... if only one event changed then
only that one event will move, or if nothing changed then
nothing will change.
- Shutterfly
- Import function can be found Under the "Calendar" page, put the mouse
over the "Options" in the upper-right and click on the "Import Calendar"
selection.
- Updates currently appear to be handled poorly. It will copy the
data all over again and you'll have 2 sets of calendar entries. If you're
using Shutterly so that you can use its handy reminders, then if you get an
update it is recommended instead that you just look at the only google calendar
version for the changes and make those by hand. We do NOT expect to be making
updates.
Help
If you notice a problem with the schedule itself, (e.g. 2 games scheduled at the same time on the same field) please let the coordinators know promptly.
If you are having technical problems with the calendar files
please consult with someone else on your team to see if they can help,
and please check back on this page for updated notes before emailing
the Technical Director at cto@sancarlosayso.org.
Division and Team Schedules
Gameday Notes
- Coach/Spectator location
- U8-U14: Home teams, as listed on the match schedules, have the
north and\or east side of the field, visitors have the south and\or
west.
- 16/19 games: Per Area guidelines, both teams are on the same
side of the field. At Highlands the spectators are on the east
(parking lot) side of the field and the home team is on the
southern (tennis courts) half of the west sideline.
- Home teams are to provide a game ball to the referee (U10s have
game balls at Burton).
- First teams to play do goal and flag set up, last teams do goal
and flag take down, unless a CY or other team is using the field after
you. U10 teams: Teams playing the last U10 game of the day at each
Burton field should always put game ball back in locker, even if CY is
using the field afterwards.
- Please flip wheels on goals so the goals are sitting on the ground
(not on the wheels) and secure the goals with the stakes or sand bags
provided either on the goals or in the AYSO boxes.
- Lock combination has been distributed... ask coordinators if you
don't know it.
