San Carlos AYSO is governed by the National AYSO Standard Policies and Protocols that are consistent with the AYSO governing documents to provide guidance to each Region on its organization and operation.   Each Region can adopt changes and additions to these National Standards.  San Carlos AYSO has made changes to the National Standards as follows:
